Usage of 3D Printing for Medical Reference — Geometrical Reference for Mandible Reconstruction

Using a 3D printer, a surgeon can have a reference of the condition of the patient, created from USG, CTScan, or MRI data, to determine the next step for the patient. 3D Printed machines can print a more detailed, more complex reference than a CnC milling machine, and it doesn’t require moulds, allowing references to be created in a cheap, accurate, and quick way.
